Why is ebay doing nothing about these fake people who are opening
accounts with no feedback and bidding on items and never paying just to
get your info and mailing address.
I'm not talking about a credit card charge. This is tax charged for
gove4nment and shipping amount that is already payed by the buyer. This
should nothave a commissions on either of these.
