Just lately while I am making a listing I no longer have the shipping
options of, Flat rate envelope, Flat rate padded envelope, Flat rate
small box. What has changed. My weight and size is not the problem.

weights 4 oz? I have been using USPS first class but I am looking for a
alternative method. It is a poly mailer that is 7" x 9" x 1".
