How to track package shipped Global Shipping Program

I shipped a package using the  global shipping program on 9/2/21.  It was delivered to the KY airport and then sent to the UK with another tracking number.  It has yet to be delivered (11/15/21).  I see it has been in Germany since 10/15/21.  I called ebay but could not get anyone to help much with tracking it down.  What can I do?

Is your UK buyer asking about it - eBay/Pitney Bowes are liable to GSP packages delayed or lost after you deliver it to their hub in KY.

The UK buyer needs to open a Refund Request for not receiving the package, eBay *should* close it with no refund from you, and deal directly with the buyer. Sometimes you may have to contact eBay CS to be sure they have noted it is a GSP order and not to refund from you.
