Just wanted to add that I reached out to customer service and the person
who helped me could see the issue and immediately alerted IT...they
apparently freed up the problem/glitch and I am back to adding
categories. Hopefully it will stay that way!
Just set up my store yesterday and started getting that same error. Did
all of the log out, reboot the computer, log back in and even waited a
day and it still is popping up. I am not even halfway done adding
categories and sub categories. Definitely...
