Is anyone else having trouble printing their shipping labels? I have not been able to print a shipping label since last night. Have been printing labels for 4 years now and have never had a problem before.

When uploading photos to ebay listings, they are coming up as black boxes. I have been doing this for almost 4 years and have never had this happen? I am uploading jpeg, and as far as I know there have been no updates to my phone. Does anybody have a...
