I had a buyer return a dog costume because of size, I received the item
back but one of the eyes was ripped out, I contacted the buyer... no
response, so I contacted cs with photos for proof, which I was told by
cs we can't prove that the seller didn...
Yes I have noticed this recently... sent a dog costume that had 2 eyes
when it shipped, they returned due to size... but only came back with
one eye. So, I contacted cs and because I escalted the claim they said
that would cause a defect on MY rating...
Well thanks to Ebay we no longer can have the cheaper insurance rates,
