Why doesn't eBay put the word "video" on the first picture to let people know there is a video of the item in the listing. It is a lot of extra work to make a video and most people won't know there is a video unless they look at the listing. Etsy put...

Hello, I sold an item on Jan 31. I took it to the post office on February 1. There has been no action on tracking since February 3. The buyer wants a refund if it doesn't show up by the end of this week which will be 2 weeks. I prefer to wait 3 weeks...
