Inserting something into description.

I remember years ago we listers were able to put something into our description and have it stay there for each listing.  I am talking about comments like "please contact me with any problems", "I take packages to the post office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday" and similar comments that you don't want to take the time to type with each listing.  Is there a way to insert comments that you want with each listing other than copy and paste?  I hope I am explaining this well enough.  TYIA.

You used to be able to do that with Turbolister (though not well), but TL doesn't exist anymore.   If you have a listing software, you can probably do it, but IDK of any way to do it in Ebay, except for the old TL, which was an Ebay product.

Can't you put that kind of thing in your Terms of Sale?

Probably not what you're looking for and a better way probably exists. But this is how I do it.

The way I Save Words that I use in Every Description ..like the words you mention.. is I select Sell Similar when I List an Item...I choose an item I Have Already Listed..and the Words are all there. Then I just Change Everything Else...Photos...Description.. Weight...Shipping Method..and the rest.....

Hi, you can bulk edit all, select edit description, then type the text you want to appear in each listing. This is assuming you aren't concerned with HTML formatting - doing it this way will simply add the text to the bottom of each listing.

Alternatively, you could also edit a single listing, format the text as needed, then copy and paste the HTML from that listing into the bulk edit (be sure to omit the edited listing or the text will appear twice).

If you are using a PC you can use Notes to add that info and then copy it to your listing. It’s not as easy as Turbo Lister but it works.
