eBay

I want to cancel my store subscription. I changed to monthly and want to cancel to no subscription. I can only change subscription. It doesn't give me the option to cancel and trying to contact ebay seems impossible.

A buyer purchased a dvd/vcr combo unit and I shipped. Buyer claimed 7 days later that the dvd drawer wouldn't open and reported item as damaged and requested to return. Ebay automatically approved and charged me $24 to ship back. I received item back...
