how to cancel a store subscription

I want to cancel my store subscription.  I changed to monthly and want to cancel to no subscription.  I can only change subscription.  It doesn't give me the option to cancel and trying to contact ebay seems impossible.

The Cancel Subscription link displays next to my renewal date.  Doesn't it show for you?  Since store subscriptions are charged similar to a mortgage, if you cancel now, it won't be effective until January 2024.
