Someone placed an order and sent a note to please change the shipping address but after editing the address the message "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label."I have edited addresses in the past, so whats wrong?

I want to add my business Ups account to my eBay account, i know that eBay has great shipping prices but sometimes i can get a better price in my account, is there any way i can add it?Sometimes i buy it in my account and then add the tracking number...
