that as Top Rated +, you receive a 10% reduction on FVF, does this mean
instead of paying the standard 12%, that you now only pay 2%? Sorry if
it is a dumb question, but I wanted to...
The returns requirement doesn't apply to sports cards, at least
according to the information at the link below, unless I am reading
something incorrectly
