Hello. I've been trying to generate eBay standard envelopes for a few of
my recent, low-value baseball card sales. When I set up the labels and
hit "Confirm and Pay" I get a "Label could not be generated. You have
not been charged for this label." Ha...
I am also having this problem. Every envelope I dropped off on 10/31 has
yet to show a scan via eBay. I can confirm that some of them are indeed
showing scans when I look at parcelsapp.com. Thank to those who
suggested that site.
I'd have to think the final version of this feature will incorporate a
sellers "Buyer Requirements". Meaning, maybe a seller allows a buyer
that would otherwise not be allowed to buy from you (based on
non-payment strikes, low/new feedback rating, et...
Yea pretty sure this feature has to be activated by the seller and isn't
just done automatically. Therefore, if the issue is wanting to combine
shipping, you'd need to contact the buyer and ask them to remove the
autopay feature. Not a big deal unles...
When will we be able to ship out using the standard envelope option for
cards already purchased? Will that correct itself soon, or am I out of
luck for those cards?

Sounds like it's a systemic problem for eBay and they appear to be aware
of the problem.
