i was thinking of selling jewelry in lots of 10---my question is, if the
buyer claims lets say 2 of the pieces were broken, how do the returns &
refunds work ????
I recently switched from free shipping to calculated shipping where the
customer pays the shipping----if the customer is paying for the shipping
why am i being charged for ebay shipping labels on my paypal credit card
?????????----------i am losing m...
FREE SHIPPING is not working well for me. Can someone please tell me the
easiest way to switch to CALCULATED SHIPPING. I only wish to ship in the
USA. THANKS.

a bit risky to sell in groups so i think i will just sell each piece
