its been over 32 days so i can't open an unpaid item case and the buyer doesn't respond. what should i do?

i tried to sell a product but the buyer refused to pay so i canceled the transaction. now i have to pay 80$ (seller fee) but i haven’t sold anything yet and i don’t have 80$ as well. is closing my account going to help?
