There is nothing you can do. You should not have waited so long to open the case.
You are now stuck with the fees.

Use the Unpaid Item Assistant to automatically open cases for you after 4 days (you may be even able to set the time frame) that an item goes unpaid.
Unpaid Item Assistant is one of the few features of Ebay that has actually saved me time.

The others are right . Always keep the unpaid item on at all times then e bay will open the case for you . I'm not sure what you can do this late . tulips

Can you cancel the order?

Your other post says you already canceled the transaction?

If you haven't canceled then call eBay and ask if they are able to cancel the order on their end as a courtesy so your final value fees can be refunded. Ask them to put it through as buyer-requested so you don't get an out of stock defect - show them that the buyer has been unresponsive to eBay messages.

With all due respect, you didn't respond to anyone's questions for more details and suggestions on your other post, so it's hard to figure out an answer when you open a new post with the same lack of information.
