OK - so was RESOLVED. You can get to a person at UPS by saying "Complaint Manager" to the Shodan wannabe' A.I. you get on the phone. Then the UPS agent was able to see the package and tag it with directions.

P.S. As stated below, I bought it on Ebay, not Amazon, but it is labled as Amazon and is a silk-screened/pressed disk set (only checking the UPC revealed it was fake).
