its so annoying. and ive read other threads where buyers are really
annoyed at getting offers they viewed, not watched, and 100% think it's
us sellers doing this. Its not! i dont even see where i could turn that
off. I know about auto offers to watch...
so many people have 4.8. its annoying and unfair but it's not a big
deal. i did find that once i switched to "standard pricing" where i
charge flat rates depending on the item, my shipping rating went to 4.9.
