When you open a dispute outside of eBay when they haven't even made a
decision yet you'll get banned. Same with any company. Amazon. Mercari
etc. You got banned because you went against their TOS
I'd call ebay directly. They should be able to help. They do a one time
forgiveness sometimes for these things. Sometimes it says shipped and
it's just a label that was auto purchased. Sucks that the seller won't
reply tho
