I have an item that keeps reappearing in my bids/offers list despite
having been deleted from this on the website.It is an item I have found
elsewhere so don’t need to make my final offer, but can’t delete it.I
have deleted the app, cleared my cache...
We I use the app, I see the red flag indicating I have new messages, but
these do not display.The only way I can view them is to switch off my
device (iPad/iPhone) and switch it on again, when the messages are
displayed ok. Very irritating!!
I have attempted to use click and collect with several recent purchase,
but when I am forwarded to the selection screen, I get a blank screen -
the same happens if I select the map option instead (but this time the
screen is green - the map backgroun...
I have the latest item of the app and the latest version of iOS on my
iPad.When I click on an item to check it, the photographs take up 2/5ths
of the screen and I cannot see the full information for the item and
cannot shrink the photo section.
The red flag appears with the number of messages waiting, but going into
messages these do not appear - again (like my post about click &
collect) this works ok on the website.......and clears when I switch my

I can, but that is not the way it has worked in the past on the
app.Before selecting click and collect it shows my nearest
store.......the blank screen comes when I select this option. This does
NOT happen with the full website - I would prefer it if...
