I have attempted to use click and collect with several recent purchase, but when I am forwarded to the selection screen, I get a blank screen - the same happens if I select the map option instead (but this time the screen is green - the map background).

This is very frustrating for me as I prefer to use click and collect as it means I can retrieve my items when I wish rather than wait until the weekend.
I can use the main website ok.

I am using iOS 13.3.1 on all my devices.

When you go to checkout can you get into the store picker and input your current postal code. This should get you through the blank screens.

I can, but that is not the way it has worked in the past on the app.

Before selecting click and collect it shows my nearest store.......the blank screen comes when I select this option. This does NOT happen with the full website - I would prefer it if the app worked as before.
