Messages not updating on app

We I use the app, I see the red flag indicating I have new messages, but these do not display.

The only way I can view them is to switch off my device (iPad/iPhone) and switch it on again, when the messages are displayed ok.

 

Very irritating!!

Are you referring to the red dot that shows up in the icon? Or the red messages count inside the app?

The red flag appears with the number of messages waiting, but going into messages these do not appear - again (like my post about click & collect) this works ok on the website.......and clears when I switch my phone/tablet off.

I did work before, so suggests it’s is something to do with the latest update to the app.

it is very, very annoying!!!!

Having the same problem currently. I have received several messages regarding my orders and I keep getting this message. I only know what the message says cuz I am getting an email with its content.
