I used to be able to search for broken items by selecting Condition type
"Parts or Not Working" but that has disappeared now from the search
selection criteria. Is there another method to search for this type of
listing?
I have a few items shipped through ebay, postage paid on ebay, and ebay
tracking showing delivered, and yet Paypal says missing tracking
information. What happens if I never manually enter the tracking? Do I
lose the payment I received?
Retail/Resale environment in the U.S. is now on the side of the buyer.
Amazon, Costco, etc. all allow buyers to return items for any reason,
and that's become the norm, and buyers all expect this.
The winning bidder can absolutely leave negative feedback if you cancel
