I put a racing card in a holder in this envelope and it was returned for

UPS and FedEx are now shippers on EBay. From my understanding you pay
for these on Ebay. When I went in to request a pickup, they wanted me to
pay again to UPS/FedEx. So what am I doing wrong? How do I request a
pickup? Thank you!
I selected UPS as my shipper. I have a Tracking number and shipping was
paid in EBAY. How do I request a pickup from UPS without being charged
again ? Thank you!
