That's because eBay and the ComPls rate USPS allow 15.9oz shipments for
first class. If it's 1lb, just enter it in Custom Weight, then 1lb, 0
oz, because 1lb is 16oz.
I did not have any incorrect shipping anywhere. The shipping policy was
correct, calculated, not free. But as far as an update. eBay covered me
completely.
I think over 70lbs is freight-rate across the board. If it's less, your
