I sell jewelry and I've had trouble with brand new customers wanting to
purchase expensive jewelry. They come back and said they never
authorized credit card sale or never requested account? Can I say no?
Anyone having issues with this program? I have an item that has been
there for 8 days. They're backlogged. I was also told that they don't
work weekends- I thought we were a retail org. How can they not work
weekends?
I'm upset about the return policy. I currently offer 14 day returns. I
sell 14k jewelery and I don't need people wearing it a few times and
returning to me after 30 days. Is anyone else concerned?
