An item was listed with a price OR Best Offer. I offered the asking
price. The offer was denied. Since I offered the asking price shouldn’t
the seller have to accept?
There was no BIN price. The item was listed as $200 OR Best Offer. I
offered the $200 since I thought it was a fair price. Apparently the
seller feels they could get more than what I offered.
