I has a potential buyer make an offer on an item which timed out within a couple minutes of making the offer. I can respond to the offer since them item timed out and I can’t contact the potential buyer through regular means since the item timed out ...

An item was listed with a price OR Best Offer. I offered the asking price. The offer was denied. Since I offered the asking price shouldn’t the seller have to accept?

Is there a way to change the minimum bid amounts from buyers? All bids are in increments of $.50. Thanks

There was no BIN price. The item was listed as $200 OR Best Offer. I offered the $200 since I thought it was a fair price. Apparently the seller feels they could get more than what I offered.
