eBay just gave buyer refund after seeing "document from law
enforcement". ...
The item sold above $900.Buyer simply filed a return case saying package
doesn't have the item and ask for refund.From this forum I can see
previously in many such cases sellers had to refund to those buyers even
if they are scammers, thanks to eBay....
I sold one item and buyer asked replacement. Buyer received replacement
and return case was closed. However, in PayPal the related payment keeps
in pending state. Will it complete some day? Or I need to ask eBay or
PayPal?
Yes. Buyer is un registered already. Seems like eBay suspened buyer

The reverse email notice was received in mid night. Good for them to
work so late if not in India.
