Haven't been able to check out in 24 hours. eBay, please fix. I'd like

I'm a seller on Etsy, but more a buyer on here, and I am seeing an
increase in lost and mis-delivered mail. Is anyone else seeing this
issue, especially in the last six months? I have had:-parcels delivered
to right house number, wrong street-parcels...
This is still happening today too, despite this being the policy for
years. Had an INAD. It was a nice item but useless to me, so I politely
requested to send it back. No intention to keep the item. Seller
refunded without a care to get the item back...
