Buyer wants to return pants saying holes in knee, in description I mention distressed knee area

I've been with ebay since 2006 now getting charged on all 900 items .35 cents!!! I'm super mad ready to sell on another site if it doesn't get fixed!

I mailed wrong fruit of the loom 6pack panties buyer mailed back with label I sent, imailed her correct ones. Why did EBay refund her $11.95 when I mailed her correct ones? I want to appeal the $11.95

Why in my active listing column does it also show my sold items that say “item out of stock”. Shouldn’t my active listing only show just that active listings? Is there anyway to fox this? All sold items should just be in sold column
