I relisted a mail-in service and just realized that the handling time is
set to 3 days (whereas the listing before I relisted it was set to 30
days). I am at the mercy of the buyer to mail in their item so I can

Keep in mind any member can still contact you via your seller profile
page or your feedback page, whether they're on your blocked list or not.
There is no way to completely block a member from contacting you.

Right. So there's no way to change the handling time without completely
closing the current listing and making a new one. Whelp. Not what I
