Shipping & handling is NOT subject to sales tax in Wyoming ... but all of a sudden eBay/PayPal has started charging extra sales taxes on that portion of the invoice. How to get that corrected/fixed? Anyone know?

So eBay is charging me sales tax on s/h even though it is not required or lawful. Urg -- just another reason to stop shopping for anything on eBay.

It is pathetic that in the current computer age this has not already been provided to buyers. In the real world buyers being provided with customer service for satisfaction is paramount. On here it seems they only have concern for sellers.
