Suddently cannot read my own listings descriptions: Please verify yourself to continue

Out of the blue suddenly I can't read my item descriptions, I get a captcha which doesn't change anything when I get thru that. And why is it that there's zero option to talk with an ebay rep?

Others seem to be experiencing this, though I am still able to view item descriptions:

Its been resolved on its own. Why is it suggested on the site an actual service rep can be reached but when I try it just gives the option for multiple choice answers? I seriously cannot speak with a rep if I need to? What is going on here with the absolute lack of support?

You can request a chat with a rep or a call back in North America via the chat assistant.
