I'm running a near store wide volume pricing promotion but the "see all eligible items" link isn't showing up. Anyone got ideas as to why?

I've been beating on that feedback button. Yes, I noticed that the promo had been moved to the bottom but very few people read down that far. I rely on multi item orders this change may ruin me.

Just to give one final update, I appealed the case to eBay's CS via email and won the appeal. They reversed the decision and refunded me. Thank you!

Yes, I shipped to the address that was on the order details page. That's what I meant by "on file". The address that eBay gave me is the address that was on the order details and that was the address I shipped to.
