When a buyer goes to return an item, are they able to leave feedback? I
heard when you have 30 day return policy, feedback is not left for the
return. Sorry. I have not found the correct spot to check this info.

It is crickets here. Had a sale last night and it has been a few weeks.
I have more listings up than I have had at one time since I first sold
on eBay in 2002.
I see the same things. I do not have a store. I am also trying to list
the last of my "free" 50 listings for the month and eBay is trying to
charge me 30 cents.
