So Starter stores get 100 fp OR auctions?

Seems like it would help most of us if the rest of the store tiers got the choice in what format to use for their TOTAL allowed # of listings. And it would probably cut down on auctions that shouldn't be auctions that clutter up the auction tab.........

Raising Store Rates

I remember when eBay raised the store rates to $20/yearly two years ago. They are just going to keep going up, aren't they...? I like that they are adding an extra tier for smaller sellers, but it is annoying that they have to raise the rates again.

Downgrading from Basic to Starter Store

The renewal date for my Basic store yearly subscription is 5/01/18. My question is when would I be able to downgrade to a starter store without being charged for cancelling the basic sub early? Thank you.
