Buyer sent photo of a damaged gemstone as the one she bought but the
gemstone doesn’t look like the one I sent it looks close but it’s not
the one I sent to the buyer. How can I handle this problem?
I feel like eBay isn’t about the small businesses anymore. They are
getting more and more strict with their terms and conditions. Is it just
me or is anyone else getting this kind of weird vibe.
Have been pulling my hair out it seems no matter what I do I have been
charged almost 2 times what the postage originally was. I’ve been with
EBay for 14 years and this is crazy.
I’m doing the same as always I reuse boxes and I take measurements of
the item I sell and I weigh as close as I can by the weight of the item
and +some.
eBay charged me but if I’m under charging I don’t want to anger
