It seems to me there used to be a universal default for handling business days in Shipping Preferences. Does it still exist somewhere? Or do you have to set up a Business Policy for each shipper?

So, I'm doing my first listing in 10 months and I'm no longer seeing the shipping cost range for non-flat rate options, for example USPS Ground vs. UPS Ground. Do I now really have to go the eBay Shipping Calculator page to compare pricing?
