Paying remaining balance after 4 gift cards applied, error out, is this a BUG?

The checkout process is failing after applying 4 gift cards. I saw a similar post from another user in August 2024 who was experiencing the same issue. However, in my case, I am unable to move forward with the checkout. A case has already been opened...

How I can contact EBAY? Please provide an option that doesn't include call them.

Hi, I need to contact ebay related to a close case, currently I don't have power, water, comunications. I live in Puerto Rico after the Hurricane Maria is hard to find internet or cell phone. I need to contact ebay, I wasn't able to reply on the case...
