Ebay cancelled a sale that I made do to concerns with the buyers account. I hadn't shipped item yet but it's still sitting in my shipping queue; ;additionally ebay processed and sent payment to me on item they don't want me to send. So confused.
So I've had two buyers not receive their items and I issued refunds on both. How do I recoup my losses on these items? The Standard Envelope insurance isn't for the buyer it seems. Also is there an unspoken "penalty" for filing claims?
