I have had the exact same issue. I am a very casual seller and my
experience involves only 1 sale (July 12, 2022) that eBay has been
unable to pay me out for despite taking every necessary required step
prior to the sale and doing everything the aske...

to ask eBay to manually verify using a statement or direct deposit form.
They did end up verifying it but the new “managed payment system” is an
