How can I purchase a return slip and send it? It used to be an option
for me, but now the only option is to upload one from a carrier, has
this changed within the past month or so?
has ebay changed the way that return labels are purchased to send to the
buyer who wants to return their item? I've been trying to purchase a
return label as in the past and the only option it now gives me is to
upload my own lablel, has theis change...
Is anyone else having trouble with shipping labels? It says it is
"unable to load payment options. Please try again later." This is not
fixing itself. Later is not an option, because items need shipped in a

yes they have, I'm familiar with the usual way, but now a different
screen pops up and it doesn't allow me to purchase one from ebay and
send electronically, now it says to upload one on my own...
I think they took away the restrictions tho, and now it just comes up as
the buyer cancelled the order, in addition, it is now an extra step to
re-list the item, whereas before it was re-listed automatically...
they used to give them a negative score if they did that, now it seems
as if there is no consequence, in addition, it is now an extra step to
re-list the item...it just shows up that the buyer cancelled the item,
which is inaccurate, we didn't cancel...
