Why can't we get any real human on the phone for help? I've sent 3 messages per their "send us an email" through chat assistant and then it says someone will contact you within 24 hours. NOTHING!!

My mother and I both are sellers. Lately we've been getting buyers making offers and when we accept the offer the buyer turns around and asks us to cancel. Reason, "Order placed by mistake". How is a mistake if you sent me an offer and I accept it?!!...
