You are only responsible for the address provided by eBay. The return
label should state the original address you shipped the order to. If the
buyer had the shipment forwarded, that's on them.
I generate a Return Label from UPS. (I'm sure you can also get one from
USPS and Fed Ex and several other shipping establishments.) I put the
return shipping label into a picture file and attach it to an eBay
message to the buyer. UPS doesn't charge ...
