I find that if I revise or re-list using the app, it makes the handling
charge $0. If I revise on app, I have to go and edit it to add it in on
the computer, even if the ad was originally made on the computer. Very
frustrating.
I was able to print up a first class package (3 lb. to Canada) using
USPS website but there was no discount of course, so I lost money on
shipping. Hopefully ebay will fix this one of these days
Stamps.com account is not really free. You have to pay shipping and
handling charge for 5 pound scale (not very useful for most of us) and
if you stay past the 4 week trial you pay $15,99 for first month.
I tried to print a shipping label using Paypal -- the cost was more than
the estimated eBay label (that wouldn't print) but it still didn't work.
This was for first class international package, 3 pounds.
