When i revised an item using the latest eBay app, the handling fee is ignored and completely removed when published my edits. I had to go to a desktop computer to fix my listing to show a shipping fee with the handling fee added on.
The return result from this method is combined with the return result from the application(_:willFinishLaunchingWithOptions:) method to determine if a URL should be handled. If either method returns false, the URL is not handled. If you do not implement one of the methods, only the return value of the implemented method is considered.
I find that if I revise or re-list using the app, it makes the handling charge $0. If I revise on app, I have to go and edit it to add it in on the computer, even if the ad was originally made on the computer. Very frustrating.
