I have had several items reach the Global Shipping Center since April
23rd, 2020 (Today being April 30, 2020) that I have received the
"Undeliverable - Item restricted at Global Shipping Center" notification
stating my items will not be delivered or ...
I've encountered the same situation as a buyer were the item had been
listed as being delivered yet I had never received the item. Same as

I've had zero issues with global shipping up until last week. My only
