In this case, I am the buyer, and I did not WANT a refund. I wanted the
item I purchased. So if a thief breaks into your home, steals your
wedding ring, and then pays you the cost of the ring, you would not
consider that to be theft?
Apparently books and any other item Global Shipping thinks they can
resell for a profit can be "evil." If they are honest, why not provide
confirmation of their claimed "restrictions."
