What eBay are you selling on? O[en a case for non-payment? That option
doesn't exist. If you hit the "report a buyer" button it immediately
goes for "cancel the sale," without an option for non-payment.
When I send an offer to a seller it states the it is a binding
contract.When someone send me an offer and I accept, and he refuses to
pay, the only choice I'm left with is to cancel the order.So much for
binding contracts.
I know my market and it hasn't suddenly fallen apart in the last month.I
