condition was listed as for parts or not working. The description stated
it did not work that it had a paper jam error I couldn’t fix. I’m not
sure how much more clear I needed to...
Over the weekend I’ve had over $200 in available funds. All my sold
items have shipped. I have received $4 payment Monday and $20 payment
Tuesday and nothing today. So frustrated.

Any alternative way of buying and selling on ebay without using checking
accounts? I don't care about fees. I enjoy just using my paypal balances
and not worrying about what's happening with my checking account.
I did a return for item not as described but eBay wants you to try and
work it out. But that’s not the case. This guy won’t issue a refund. So
that’s what I’m saying. EBay will have to step in a force the seller to
issue a return right?
